Ken Klein
President
Ken Klein is President of Wind River. With more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, he is working to further extend Wind River's leadership position by expanding customer and partner initiatives, continuing to drive the market shift from in-house development to commercial software adoption, and delivering innovative, leading-edge products. Target vertical markets include consumer electronics, aerospace and defense, industrial, automotive, medical, and networking equipment. He is responsible for the management of 1,460 employees in 15 countries.Before joining Wind River, Klein served as Chief Operating Officer and a board member of Mercury Interactive for 12 years. Klein and his team built Mercury from a pre-revenue startup into a software powerhouse with a peak market capitalization of $15B, 2,150 employees, operations in 35 countries, and membership in the NASDAQ 100 and S&P 500. The team went on to grow the company to nearly $1B in annual revenue and to sell to Hewlett-Packard for $5B. Before his tenure at Mercury, Klein held various engineering, marketing, and management roles at Interactive Development Environments, Daisy Systems, and Hughes Aircraft Company.
Klein earned a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering and biomedical engineering from the University of Southern California. He is a USC Distinguished Alumnus, member of the USC School of Engineering Board of Councilors, founder of USC's Klein Institute for Undergraduate Engineering Life (KIUEL), and a USC Trustee. He also serves on the boards of AmberPoint and BigFix.

Ian Halifax
Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration
Chief Financial Officer and Secretary
Ian Halifax brings more than twenty years of global finance experience to Wind River. As senior vice president of finance and administration, and chief financial officer, Halifax oversees all aspects of finance and accounting, including strategic financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, investor relations and legal affairs. From January 2005 through February 2006, Halifax was chief financial officer of Micromuse, Inc., a provider of business and service assurance solutions to telecommunications companies, financial organizations and governmental institutions, where he oversaw revenue growth of $50 million in just over two years. Following IBM's acquisition of Micromuse in February 2006, Halifax served as a transition executive in IBM's Tivoli Software unit. Prior to his tenure with Micromuse, he spent over five years at Macrovision Corporation. Halifax also has held numerous finance positions at technology companies including Sun Microsystems and OpenTV, Inc. Barry Mainz
Chief Operating Officer
Barry Mainz is responsible for Wind River's customer support, field technical engineering, corporate sales, sales operations and information technology. With more than fifteen years of sales, alliances and customer service experience, Mainz most recently served as Wind River's vice president of worldwide customer operations. In this role, he rapidly grew Wind River's corporate sales function and led investments in customer satisfaction where the company now consistently measures close to a 90% rating. Mainz drove the Support Center Practices (SCP) certification of Wind River's support organization, which was the first in the industry to be certified. Prior to joining Wind River, Mainz served as worldwide vice president, corporate sales division at Mercury Interactive Corporation. Tomas Evensen
Vice President and General Manager, Wind River Tools and Common Technologies Product Division
Chief Technology Officer
Tomas Evensen is vice president and general manager of the Wind River Tools product division and also Chief Technology Officer. Evensen joined Wind River as part of the acquisition of Integrated Systems, Inc. (ISI) in 2000. He was the Vice President of Engineering at Diab-SDS which was acquired by ISI in 1996. He has more than 24 years of experience in the OS and embedded tools area. Prior to joining Wind River he was the creator of the Diab Data C/C++ compilers.
Evensen received his MSEE at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.

Damian Artt
Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Services
As Wind River's Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Services, Damian Artt is responsible for the expansion of global sales, all sales strategy, and the delivery of all professional services. Artt joined the company in April 2004.Artt has more than 20 years of sales and professional services experience. Prior to 2007, he served as the company's Vice President of Worldwide Services and Strategic Accounts. Under his leadership the company's professional services business has nearly tripled with improving gross margins; and global account sales consistently exceeded expectations with a significant average year-on-year bookings increase every quarter. Prior to Wind River, Artt spent 11 years at Cadence Design Systems in various sales and operational leadership positions, including Vice President/General Manager of Wireless Design Services and Vice President of North America Services Sales and Operations.
Artt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical/electronic engineering from Queens University Belfast.

Jim Douglas
Senior Vice President, Marketing
As Wind River's senior vice president of marketing, Jim Douglas is responsible for global marketing strategy, communications, and programs. Douglas joined the company in March 2010. A 25+ year veteran of the high-tech industry, Douglas was most recently chief executive officer of CodeGear, the leading independent Windows & Java software development tools company, which was acquired by Embarcadero Technologies. Prior to CodeGear, he served as president and chief executive officer of ReShape Inc., an electronic design automation startup. Prior to ReShape, Douglas was vice president of worldwide sales and marketing for Tality, Inc., a design services company launched as a spin-off of Cadence Design Systems, Inc. Jim's experience also includes nearly a decade at Cadence in various senior management roles, including vice president of product marketing, with global responsibility for Cadence's $950 million software business. Jeff Loehr
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Jeff Loehr is vice president of human resources at Wind River. In this role, Loehr focuses on driving leading-edge human resources programs worldwide. He works with the management team to ensure Wind River recruits, develops, and retains the best and brightest in the industry. Loehr worked most recently at Mercury Interactive, where he was responsible for global human resources, employee services, real estate, and facilities. He has more than 20 years of human resources experience, primarily in the software industry focused on building worldwide organizations.
Prior to Mercury Interactive, he headed up the International Human Resources group at BEA Systems as the company rapidly increased its presence in Europe and Asia. Earlier in his career, he held a number of positions at Informix Software, where he was responsible for corporate HR and HR systems worldwide. He began his career in the technology industry at Price Waterhouse in the Technology Consulting division.
Loehr holds a master's degree in counseling with an emphasis in business from the University of Missouri.

Scot Morrison
Senior Vice President of Products
Scot Morrison is senior vice president of products. Morrison joined Wind River as part of the acquisition of Integrated Systems, Inc. (ISI) in 2000 and has successfully driven the development of a variety of industry-leading products.A veteran of design automation, Morrison spent 14 years with ISI managing a range of device software development groups, including the Advanced Systems Group and the Application Software Group.
Morrison earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in engineering from the University of Toronto and a master's degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in control systems.

Vincent Rerolle
Chief Strategy Officer
Vincent Rerolle is chief strategy officer. Prior to joining Wind River, Rerolle was vice president of corporate development at Mercury Interactive, responsible for mergers and acquisitions, business development and technology alliances. Rerolle also held various management positions at Citadon, McKinsey, Vivendi and Sagem, in the United States, France and Australia. Amit Ronen
Vice President and General Manager, Device Management Product Division
Amit Ronen is Vice President and General Manager of Wind River's Device Management product division. Before joining Wind River, he was the founder and CEO of Presales Solutions, a company that offered a unique on-demand hosted solution in the customer relationship management (CRM) space, aiming to help manage presales engineers, define best practices during the sales cycle, and increase individual productivity.
Before Presales Solutions, Ronen spent more than 10 years with Mercury Interactive, where he gained extensive executive and global field management experience. There he managed and built the presales organization in the Americas, expanding it from 40 people to more than 150 people and supporting revenue generation of more than half a billion dollars. In addition, he served as Vice President of Professional Services for the Americas and Vice President of Mercury's Tuning business, a startup within the company. He was also a founding member of Mercury Interactive Japan KK and was responsible for all technical field operations in the Japan and Korea region.
Ronen holds a BA in computer science and economics from Tel Aviv University in Israel and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program (SEP) of Stanford University in California.

Roger Williams
Vice President, Alliances and Business Development
Roger Williams is Vice President of Business Development and Alliances at Wind River. He is responsible for developing and managing Wind River's hardware and independent software vendor (ISV) partnerships, consortia, and overall ecosystem of partners.Williams has more than 20 years of business development experience, with a focus in communication businesses, including networking, wireless, broadband, services, and applications. He has led new market developments including the launch of mobile carriers in Korea and Taiwan and the build-out of one of the first global content delivery networks.
He has held senior and executive positions in strategy, corporate development, and business development, managing global technology, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and distribution partnerships, investments, mergers and acquisitions, and operations at companies such as Pacific Telesis, SBC, Digital Island/Exodus, Covad, and Venturi Wireless.
He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
